En 1959, T. (L.), propriétaire d'une parcelle sise au lieu dit "En Crochy" soumet à la Municipalité un projet de construction d'immeubles locatifs avec ateliers pour petites entreprises.
T. (L.) formule une demande de plan de quartier afin de pouvoir réaliser son projet de construction. En 1961 un projet de plan de quartier "En Crochy" est à l'étude par l'architecte Steiner (Willy).
En 1962, un projet de construction d'immeubles locatifs "En Crochy" réalisé par l'architecte Glardon (Camille) est soumis à la Municipalité par un autre propriétaire, K. (A.).
