History
Successeur d'un premier Literarischer Verein Montreux fondé par F. Bolliger en 1924, le Literarischer Verein Montreux est fondé en 1972 par des germanophones. Le club a compté jusqu'à environ 170 membres. Les réunions avaient lieu une fois par mois. En 2007, le Literarischer Verein Montreux devient Kulturfreunde Riviera-Chablais. En 2013, suite au décès de son président, l'association est dissoute.
